Overview

To accelerate our global expansion and expand our brand presence, we are looking for a motivated Partner Account Manager for 40 hours/week to start immediately or as soon as possible for the area of North Italy in Milan. This role will report directly to the Country Manager Iberia, LATAM, and Italy!

In Short

  • Identify and develop a network of regional sales partners and distributors in North Italy.
  • Accompany the onboarding of new partners and build successful relationships.
  • Organize and supervise online training for sales partners.
  • Conclude partner business plans and monitor the development of sales partners.
  • Participate in fairs and partner events to present solutions.
  • Create forecasts and define measures to achieve targets in Italy.
  • Work internally with Sales and Marketing teams and represent the company externally.
  • Update CRM with relevant customer and deal information weekly.

Requirements

  • Solid IT knowledge ideally in IT security or cloud services.
  • At least five years of professional experience in IT with a strong understanding of complex IT solutions.
  • Experience dealing with sales partners and distributors in Italy.
  • Strong communication skills and confidence in dealing with partners and customers.
  • Willingness to travel and enjoy convincing customers and partners.
  • Fluent in English and Italian, both written and verbal.
  • Self-motivated and passionate about achieving quarterly goals.
  • Organizational talent with the ability to set priorities.
