  • You support our CEO as a right hand in all administrative, operational, and strategic matters, taking on an important interface function.

  • You support internal and external communication.

Requirements

  • You have a completed degree or comparable qualification and understand complex contexts as well as new technologies and markets.
  • You have experience in (multi-) project management or as an executive assistant and are used to handling multiple projects and topics simultaneously.
  • You have knowledge in the field of marketing.
  • You ideally have had initial experience as a team lead or in a comparable position.
  • You work independently and structured – you pick up new topics and develop them further without losing track.
  • You are not afraid to inquire hierarchically independently until you have a satisfactory answer or result.
  • You are communicative and master both German and English very well – both written and verbal.
  • You are willing to travel and enjoy being part of an international team.
  • You are passionate about your work, resilient, and always ready to give your best – hands-on is your mentality!
