Overview

As Executive Assistant to the CEO, you will be the right hand of our CEO, ensuring that his daily life runs smoothly, both professionally and privately. You are reliable, discreet, and willing to take on unconventional tasks.

In Short

  • Personal assistance: You will take on various organizational and administrative tasks to facilitate the CEO's daily routine.
  • Flexibility & Mobility: You will be on-site in Mannheim at least 3 days a week and will undertake trips to investors, meetings, and events – a company car will be provided.
  • Event accompaniment: You will have the opportunity to accompany our CEO to inspiring speaker events and business events, gaining exciting insights into various networks – occasionally on weekends.
  • Organization & Structure: You will ensure order and smooth processes in both business and private matters.
  • Confidentiality & Reliability: You are a trustworthy contact person and can handle sensitive information responsibly.
  • Hands-on mentality: You enjoy getting involved, taking on various tasks, and ensuring everything runs smoothly in both professional and private environments.

Requirements

  • Experience: You have previous experience as a personal assistant, in office management, or in a comparable role.
  • Structure & Organizational talent: You keep an overview, plan ahead, and work independently.
  • Flexibility: You are spontaneous, resilient, and can quickly adapt to new situations.
  • Driver's license Class B: Since you will regularly undertake trips, a driver's license and safe driving are necessary.
  • Communication skills & Discretion: You communicate professionally with internal and external contacts and are absolutely trustworthy.
  • Enthusiasm for E-commerce: Beneficial but not a must – more important is your openness and motivation to engage in various topics.
