Junior Product Designer / Developer - Remote

Overview

As a Junior Product Designer / Developer, you will support the design team in developing collections from the first idea to production readiness, bringing creative impulses and structured work to the product development process.

In Short

• Identify current color and material trends for collection development.
• Maintain and update technical documents like Tech Packs and BOMs.
• Assist with organizational tasks such as sorting samples and preparing shipments.
• Communicate with production partners regarding styles, colors, and materials.
• Create initial styles for upcoming collections, including sketches and Tech Packs.

Requirements

• Background in fashion design, textile technology, or similar education.
• Relevant experience through internships or student jobs in design/product development.
• Strong creativity and a good eye for color, shapes, and functional aesthetics.
• Structured working style with attention to detail.
• Hands-on mentality and willingness to take responsibility.
• Technical understanding of fits, materials, and processing, ideally in activewear.
• Proficient in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop, and good communication skills in English.
• Regular presence in the Berlin office is required (2-3 times/week).
