Junior Product Designer - Remote

This role is an Australia-based, fully work-from-home position, with access to co-working spaces in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane.

In Short

• Take direction and feedback from senior designers, UX managers, and product leaders.
• Produce UI designs, wireframes, prototypes, and final assets.
• Collaborate in workshops and agile team processes.
• Ensure designs align with established design system and brand guidelines.
• Explain design decisions and seek feedback.
• Work with engineers, product managers, UX researchers, and writers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Interaction Design, Graphic Design, or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience designing and iterating on product UIs.
• Solid understanding of interaction design and usability principles.
• Experience using design tools like Figma, Miro, Jira, Confluence, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Familiarity with design systems (a plus).
• Experience designing for SaaS platforms (nice to have).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to break down UI requirements and work collaboratively.
