Requirements

• Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.

• Chronic disease management experience is preferred.
• Mental health nursing experience is highly regarded.
• Previous telehealth or virtual care experience.
• Strong IT proficiency.
• Emotionally resilient and professional under pressure.
• Flexible and adaptable to patient needs.
• Strong communication skills.
