Overview

HeiTech Services is seeking Full-time Registered Nurses to staff a Nurse Advice Line call center 24x7/365, providing telehealth clinical assessment and health education services remotely.

In Short

• Full-time Registered Nurse position for a Nurse Advice Line call center.
• Remote work from home position.
• Responsible for telehealth clinical assessment and health education.
• Must have a Current, Active, Compact License.
• Work schedule includes at least one weekend day.
• Paid training for 4-6 weeks, Monday through Friday.
• Requires communication with patients primarily by phone.
• Documentation of all calls electronically.
• Must have strong clinical thinking and assessment skills.
• Must be a US Citizen and able to obtain a clearance.

Requirements

• Associates’ degree in nursing (ADN) from an accredited institution.
• Minimum 3 years’ clinical nursing experience as a RN.
• Call center experience is required.
• Must be computer savvy and proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work weekends and holidays.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with military populations is a plus.
• High-speed internet and a distraction-free work area are required.
• Must have a Compact License and be in good standing with the Board of Registered Nurses.
• Strong clinical judgment and problem-solving skills are essential.
