In Short

• This position is for a full-time, remote Bilingual Registered Nurse.
• Utilize clinical skills in the field of Telehealth.
• Work in Pager Health's Command Center.
• Must have 2+ years of clinical hospital experience.
• Active compact unencumbered RN license required.
• Night shift from 10:45pm-9:15am EST, four days per week.
• Responsibilities include providing exceptional customer service and virtual care.
• Document within EMR and follow clinically validated triage protocols.
• Coordinate lab orders, prescription orders, and patient care.
• Work on projects to optimize operational efficiency.

Requirements

• 2+ years of clinical hospital experience; ICU or ER preferred.
• Active compact unencumbered RN license.
• Minimum of Associates Degree in Nursing (ADN).
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Ability to give and receive actionable feedback.
• Passionate about patient care and triage.
• Strong critical thinking skills.
• Outstanding multitasking skills.
• Enthusiasm for new technology.
• Detail-oriented and organized.
