• Develop predictive models to forecast trends and improve outcomes.
• Utilize machine learning and statistical methodologies.
• Design and tune existing models and automate deployment.
• Collaborate with various stakeholders across the organization.
• Evaluate competitive products for enhancements.
• Support roadmap development using advances in ML and AI.
• Identify tools and processes for production and distribution.
• Work with data to enhance the member experience.

Requirements

• 5+ years of relevant work experience, including data science or machine learning engineering.
• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field.
• Proven experience as a Data Scientist in healthcare.
• Experience with Generative AI concepts.
• Proficiency in Python/R and SQL.
• Experience in developing AI models at scale.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Knowledge of GCP or other cloud providers.
• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• Understanding of risk management methodologies.
