Senior Full Stack Engineer - Remote

In Short

• Lead the design and architecture of complex systems, ensuring scalability and performance.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to the engineering team.
• Write, review, and maintain code in various languages and frameworks.
• Work closely with product managers and designers to define technical requirements.
• Manage and prioritize multiple projects ensuring timely delivery of software.
• Identify and resolve complex technical issues.
• Advocate for continuous improvement processes within the team.
• Lead the full stack product engineering team for infrastructure development.
• Participate in Agile development processes.
• Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in designing and deploying scalable systems.
• Proven ability to lead system design and architecture.
• Ability to provide technical leadership and mentorship.
• Strong capability for cross-functional collaboration.
• Strong understanding of relational databases.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly independent and curious.
• Expertise in frameworks like TypeScript, Next.js, Nest, or React.
• Experience with C# and .NET Core is a plus.
• Practical experience with cloud platforms like AWS or GCP.
