Senior Full-Stack Engineer - Remote

Overview

We build and run a large ticketing and event-management platform used by concerts, conventions, club nights, and festivals worldwide. We handle ticket sales, on-site scanning, marketing tools, AI modules, Web3 utilities, and financial reporting at scale. • Work on and evolve payment-critical, high-throughput systems.
• Design and ship features that withstand massive on-sale spikes.
• Ensure end-to-end money flow correctness.
• Meet enterprise standards for security, reliability, and auditability.
• Participate in an engineering on-call rotation for major launches.
• Implement complex features with flexibility, security, and extensibility.
• Build resilient RabbitMQ workers and integrate external APIs safely.
• Raise test coverage and enforce static analysis.
• Mentor peers via design reviews and clear technical writing.
• Work with a tech stack including PHP, MySQL, RabbitMQ, and AWS.

Requirements

• 5+ years building and operating large-scale PHP systems.
• Production experience with Stripe/Stripe Connect.
• MySQL mastery including schema design and query optimization.
• Understanding of distributed systems fundamentals.
• Ability to debug live issues and land safe fixes.
• Front-end fundamentals with JavaScript/HTML/CSS.
