• Own the complete product lifecycle including strategy, development, and growth of Pager Health product lines.
• Manage multiple product solutions for effectiveness and innovation.
• Ensure stakeholders understand the company's products and value proposition.
• Identify opportunities for product improvements with end-users and stakeholders.
• Increase revenue opportunities through growth in features and markets.
• Increase operational efficiency within the product vertical.
• Develop a deep awareness of competitive solutions in the market.
• Translate product strategy and customer insights into actionable roadmaps.
• Collaborate with design, engineering, and data teams to define product requirements.
• Monitor feature performance post-launch and drive rapid iteration based on feedback.

Requirements

• 7+ years of relevant product management experience in digital health or similar field.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Strong experience in Enterprise SaaS.
• Direct experience in product management and Agile methodologies.
• Experience in owning the product lifecycle and launching multiple products.
• Well versed in creating user stories and prioritizing product backlogs.
• Strong understanding of data utilization for decision making.
• Technical acumen to work with backend engineering teams.
• Experience managing vendors and partnering with data scientists.
• Ability to engage clients and stakeholders in needs and feedback discovery.
