• Overall 8+ years of experience in engineering, machine learning & LLMs
• 4+ years of hands-on experience in building & deploying AI/ML/Gen AI solutions
• 2+ years of experience in developing Gen AI products using various LLMs & frameworks
• Excellent communication skills for explaining complex technical concepts
• Proven ability to operate with a transparent mindset
• Advanced proficiency in Python for data science, engineering & LLMs
• Experience with large structured & unstructured datasets
• Strong experience with key LLM models APIs and frameworks
• Expertise in implementing RAG systems
• Experience in front end development technologies (e.g. REACT) is good to have

Requirements

• Strong experience in Generative AI Fundamentals
• Experience with LLMOps tools
• Experience in constructing and querying knowledge graphs
• Experience with multi-agent frameworks/systems
• Knowledge of effective text chunking techniques
• Understanding of embedding spaces and their applications
• Proficiency in generating and working with embeddings
• Experience with various databases (SQL, NoSQL)
• Experience in microservices development
• Ability to evaluate & test new technologies in Gen AI space
