In Short

• This position is for a full-time, remote Registered Nurse who is willing to think creatively and utilize their clinical skills in the field of Telehealth.
• Seeking motivated Registered Nurses with 2+ years of clinical hospital experience to work in Pager Health's Command Center.
• An active compact unencumbered RN license is required for this position.
• Work hours are 11am-8pm EST, five days per week, including rotating weekends and some holidays.
• Core objective is to use technology to build trust and triage patients to the right care.
• Responsibilities include providing exceptional customer service and virtual care.
• Document within EMR and follow clinically validated triage protocols.
• Coordinate lab orders, prescription orders, and any aspect of patient care.
• Work on projects that optimize operational efficiency and improve the patient’s telemedicine experience.
• Assist in identifying technology needs that improve patient experience.

Requirements

• 2+ years of clinical hospital experience; ICU or ER experience preferred.
• An active compact unencumbered RN license.
• Minimum of Associates Degree in Nursing (ADN).
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a major plus.
• Ability to give and receive actionable feedback.
• Passionate about patient care and triage.
• Enjoy helping others and possess critical thinking skills.
• Kind, empathetic, and possess strong social perceptiveness.
• Outstanding multitasking skills and enthusiasm for new technology.
