Overview

The Patient Experience Team Lead will oversee a team of Patient Experience Specialists, ensuring they work efficiently and effectively through regular feedback and coaching.

  • Utilize data to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and processes.
  • Host regular 1:1’s with team members.
  • Lead team meetings to build a strong, positive culture.

Requirements

  • Previous experience leading a team in a call centre environment.
  • Ability to motivate a team through coaching and leading by example.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Pro-active, personable and highly motivated.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
