Overview

The Experience Lead oversees and guides the end-to-end user experience of advanced digital products, combining leadership, strategy, and hands-on design direction to ensure solutions are human-centered, ethical, and impactful.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing or mentoring design teams.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating leadership in designing digital products.
• Deep understanding of UX methodologies and user-centered design.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
