Overview

The Partner Account Manager will be responsible for educating physicians about Luna's services and obtaining patient referrals for physical therapy treatment. This role involves building relationships with providers through outreach and managing regional markets.

In Short

  • Act as the 'face' of Luna in assigned regions.
  • Manage multiple markets and focus on key partners to grow sales.
  • Utilize business development practices to increase awareness amongst healthcare providers.
  • Build and maintain relationships with physicians and office personnel.
  • Schedule and perform virtual and in-person briefings with physician teams.
  • Analyze data to innovate processes for increasing patient volume.
  • Meet or exceed monthly productivity goals.
  • Maintain organized data on working relationships and follow-ups.
  • Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders.
  • Demonstrate a resilient and determined attitude.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of related sales experience.
  • Healthcare experience preferred.
  • Experience with email campaigns and marketing methods.
  • Result-driven with eagerness to succeed.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in G-Suite; HubSpot experience is a plus.
