In Short

• First point of contact for new and existing patients.
• Answer incoming calls and schedule appointments.

Requirements

• 1 year of office admin experience required.
• High level of customer service skills.
• 1 year of call center experience preferred.
• Proficient with Google Suite.
• Highly detail-oriented.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must work in the US without restrictions.
• Available to work both weekend days.
• Reliable internet required for remote work.
