Overview

As an Onboarding Associate, you’ll be tasked with providing exceptional partner experience and outstanding service during the onboarding of our restaurant partners, which strongly contributes to long-term operational success.

In Short

  • Oversee the end-to-end onboarding process for new venues.
  • Review and validate partner information.
  • Create and review partner menus for accuracy.
  • Coordinate photography for each partner.
  • Set up and distribute Wolt gear.
  • Conduct training sessions on the Wolt Merchant app.
  • Build strong relationships with partners post-launch.
  • Support technical integrations where required.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Logical problem-solving skills.
  • Detail-oriented and structured.
  • Strong time management skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Fluent in Russian, good Kazakh, and intermediate English.
  • Based in Almaty or Astana.
