• Lead the financial backbone of Luna by overseeing all core accounting functions.

• Be a trusted advisor to leaders across Operations and People Ops.
• Invest in people and culture by building and coaching a high-performing accounting team.
• Remove friction and barriers for efficient teamwork.
• Find and fix inefficiencies before they become problems.
• Champion a culture of transparency and collaboration.
• Represent Luna externally with auditors and tax advisors.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA required.
• 10+ years of progressive accounting experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Exceptional knowledge of GAAP, internal controls, and financial systems.
