Overview

The Financial Controller at Bosch Global Business Services will ensure the execution, coordination, and continuous improvement of operational controlling processes, contributing to the overall financial health of the organization.

In Short

• Ensure execution and improvement of operational controlling processes.
• Handle month-end closing tasks and reporting.
• Responsible for cost centers controlling processes.
• Conduct routine tasks in operational controlling.
• Report cost development and analysis to stakeholders.
• Support transition projects of further controlling services.
• Act as a buddy trainer for Junior Controllers.
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders across business units.

Requirements

• University degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related fields.
• 2 to 5 years of experience in controlling, purchasing, or finance.
• Advanced skills in MS Office, especially Excel.
• Good understanding of SAP modules.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Team player with a flexible working style.
• High communication skills in English; other languages are a plus.
• Willingness to travel and work in an intercultural environment.
