Onboarding Associate - Remote

Overview

Figure is looking for an Onboarding Associate to join our fast-growing team. This role involves assisting with onboarding new lenders onto our lending platforms and supporting their transition into production.

In Short

• Assist in onboarding new lenders across various teams.
• Respond to partner requests and collaborate with sales leaders.
• Educate stakeholders through training sessions.
• Promote Figure products to partners during onboarding.
• Execute onboarding tasks as defined by the Onboarding Manager.
• Participate in partner meetings to address project progress.
• Establish knowledge of the Figure data room and due diligence materials.

Requirements

• BS/BA with 3-5+ years of project management or customer success experience.
• Understanding of project management processes and methods.
• Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple stakeholders.
• Strong communication skills for distilling complex concepts.
• Ability to establish project management best practices across teams.
• High level of business acumen; B2B experience is a bonus.
• Experience in FinTech or consumer lending products is a plus.
• Proven success in building long-term business relationships.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Desire to contribute in other related functions.
