As a Senior Financial Crimes Investigator at Figure, you will play a vital role in ensuring compliance with the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) and preventing fraud across various financial products.

• Integral part of BSA Compliance and Fraud Prevention.

• Develop and revise policies based on evolving risks.
• Prepare risk assessments and meet with regulators.
• 5+ years of relevant experience required.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills needed.

Requirements

• Experience in anti-money laundering and fraud compliance.
• Comfortable with database query language and data analysis.
• Ability to make impactful decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• CAMS or CFE certification is a plus.
