Financial Crime Investigator - Remote

In Short

• We’re hiring new financial crime investigators due to continued business growth.
• You’ll conduct important financial crime screening checks and investigations into new applicants and existing customers.
• You will use screening tools to match customer data against PEPs & Sanctions lists.
• You will review customer profile information and transactional activity to identify financial crime risks.
• You will submit internal Suspicious Activity Reports in instances where suspicious activity has been identified.
• You’ll work in the office 3 days per week.
• You’ll work 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, from 9am to 6pm.
• You’ll also work one full weekend every 4 weeks.

Requirements

• Ability to collaborate effectively within a diverse team.
• Have an analytical mindset with a good attention to detail.
• Strong decision-making skills, and excellent writing skills.
• Can effectively communicate with customers and senior management.
• Proficient time management skills, comfortable meeting targets and deadlines.
• Previous financial crime experience is advantageous.
