Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• 5 years of hands-on experience in AML analysis.
• In-depth knowledge of Financial Crime and compliance.
• Familiarity with AML use cases and customer needs.
• Strong analytical skills for complex data interpretation.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented with thorough review skills.
• Experience in generating reports and presentations.
• Fluency in English & Spanish, both written and spoken.
