Requirements

• Hands-on experience with Java/Python.
• Experience with distributed databases such as Elasticsearch, MongoDB, Redis.
• Familiarity with AI tools to enhance development workflows.
• Familiarity with machine learning frameworks like scikit-learn, TensorFlow (nice to have).
• Experience with RedHat OpenShift (nice to have).
• Knowledge of GIT, Jenkins, Docker.
• Experience working with hybrid teams remotely (nice to have).
• Mentoring experience or unofficial leadership responsibilities (strong plus).
