Solution Consultant - Remote

Overview

The Solution Consultant will be a key member of the global Solution Consulting team, focusing on pre-sales activities and demonstrating the value of ThetaRay’s AI-powered AML solutions.

In Short

• Drive pre-sales activities by demonstrating ThetaRay’s solutions.
• Work closely with Sales, Product, and Marketing teams.
• Engage with prospects and deliver compelling solution demonstrations.
• Answer RFPs/RFIs and build tailored solutions for high-value prospects.
• Support Proof-of-Concept (PoC) engagements.
• Establish and maintain strong client relationships.
• Represent ThetaRay at industry events and conferences.
• Contribute to product roadmap decisions based on market feedback.
• Collaborate with marketing to develop customer-specific demos.
• Act as a trusted advisor to prospective clients.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in pre-sales or solution consulting.
• Strong knowledge of SaaS, big data, and machine learning.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Experience with banking institutions or fintechs is a plus.
• Ability to explain complex technical solutions simply.
• Hands-on experience with RFP/RFI processes.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% as required.
• Ability to work remotely with multiple teams across regions.
• Professional speaking and writing in English; other languages are a plus.
