ThetaRay is seeking a Project Delivery & Implementation Manager to oversee customer onboarding and ensure their success with our AI-powered solutions.

• Manage onboarding projects for new clients.
• Build strong relationships with customers.

• Serve as the main point of contact for customers.

Requirements

• 3+ years of B2B SaaS project management experience.
• Excellent customer management skills.
• Strong presentation skills and ability to establish credibility.
• Superb written and verbal communication skills.
• Positive attitude and high energy.
• Ability to adapt and take initiative.
• Prior experience in a fintech company is an advantage.
• High proficiency in English is a must.
• Spanish and other languages are advantageous.
• BA or BS degree required.
