Overview

As an Implementation Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our clients successfully implement payroll solutions across multiple countries. You will guide clients through industry best practices and help them navigate local regulations, tax codes, and compliance requirements, ensuring that their payroll processes are optimized and efficient.

• Serve as a subject matter expert, advising clients on global payroll best practices.
• Lead and manage the full lifecycle of payroll implementations.

• Fluency in English is required; additional language skills are advantageous.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in project management or payroll implementation.
• Deep understanding of global payroll practices and compliance requirements.
• Proven experience in leading and managing complex projects.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with payroll software and systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple complex tasks with attention to detail.
