Implementation Project Manager - Remote

Overview

iRhythm is currently seeking an experienced and motivated Implementation Project Manager. This is a remote position that can be located anywhere in the US. This role will lead the implementations of iRhythm’s EHR Integration & digital solutions services with health systems across the country.

In Short

• Owns the project management of an EHR Integration between a customer and iRhythm.
• Responsible for leading internal calls & customer calls.
• Owns the success of the EHR integration between the customer & iRhythm.
• Utilizes technical interface expertise to build, test, and validate EHR integration.
• Supports customers throughout projects from kickoff through go live.
• Develops and maintains relationships with cross-functional partners and customers.
• Collaborates internally and externally to understand the EHR integration opportunity.
• Documents customer scope, workflows, and utilizes best practices.
• Assists sales team in explaining iRhythm’s interface mechanisms.
• Drive continuous improvement of our processes and value to customers.

Requirements

• Exceptional customer service orientation.
• At least 3 years of integration experience with EHR’s.
• Significant knowledge of HL7 integration engine solutions.
• Experience with scripting (JavaScript or any language).
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize business requirements.
• Significant experience with Microsoft Office for project management.
• At least 2 years of project management experience.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proven success in working with health systems.
• Strong understanding of the healthcare landscape is preferred.
