Overview

The Senior Product Manager at Horizons will own a core product area, driving strategy, roadmap, and execution to enhance the global employment, payroll, and compliance platform.

• Define and own product strategy and roadmap.

Requirements

• 6–10+ years in B2B SaaS product management.
• Experience in HR tech, fintech, or compliance-heavy domains.
• Proven track record of shipping impactful products.
• Strong product discovery skills.
• High proficiency with analytics tools.
• Solid understanding of agile product development.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
