Solution Consultant - Remote

Overview

The Solution Consultant role at Salesforce involves working directly with customers to meet their business needs, creating detailed requirement documentation, and supporting the delivery of world-class Salesforce implementations.

• Work directly with customers to understand their business needs.
• Create detailed requirement documentation and coordinate development of assets.
• Participate in business process redesign and roadmap planning.
• Develop strong client relationships and build trust with customers.
• Create prototypes and proof of concepts to define business requirements.
• Collaborate with product and design teams for improvements.
• Attend daily stand-ups and sprint planning meetings.
• Participate in UAT and the release process.
• Document work using various methods including flow charts and videos.
• Respond to process and product-related inquiries.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a business/functional analyst or product owner.
• Experience with the Salesforce Platform.
• Ability to translate business strategies into effective process designs.
• Excellent design skills and communication abilities.
• Advanced English skills.
• Expertise in process modeling tools.
• Knowledge of Salesforce Industries is preferred.
• Experience with Agile methodology and Scrum teams.
• Certified Product Owner is a plus.
