The Solution Consultant at Nexthink plays a crucial role in supporting the sales organization by providing presales support and aligning technical capabilities with business outcomes to achieve revenue goals.

In Short

  • Act as a subject matter expert on the Nexthink Platform.
  • Support the sales team by qualifying leads and demonstrating business value.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders in IT Security, Operations, and Service Management.
  • Lead large-scale enterprise transactions as a solution consultant.
  • Facilitate value-based workshops with prospects.
  • Participate as a speaker in company events and marketing activities.
  • Drive business value and thought leadership internally and externally.
  • Field-based role requiring domestic travel in the North Central Region.
  • Work collaboratively with various teams to align activities with business needs.
  • Contribute to the growth of the Nexthink business in North America.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a presales or technical consulting role.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue goals.
  • Experience introducing new technology to the market.
  • Knowledge of Workplace, End User, or Desktop Services.
  • Experience in Digital Experience Monitoring.
  • Familiarity with Cloud, Win10, O365 migration projects.
  • Understanding of ITIL framework and quality of service disciplines.
  • Demonstrated skills in complex solutions environments.
  • Exceptional communication skills to engage with senior leaders.
  • Ability to work independently and as a team player.
