Solution Consultant - Remote

Overview

The Solutions Consultant will work with clients to help leverage their investment in our association technology. The ideal candidate will assist association clients in achieving their goals using methodologies aligned with our technology roadmap.

In Short

• Work with clients to understand their goals and design requirements.
• Develop functional requirements documentation for client approval.
• Implement and support system configurations based on approved requirements.
• Deliver training to clients and participate in educational activities.
• Communicate technical ideas to non-technical stakeholders.
• Stay current on emerging tools and technologies in the association marketplace.
• Provide consulting services aligned with project scope and budget.
• Document and build solutions for long-term client support.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 2–3 years of work experience in a related field.
• Strong technical aptitude with experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 or similar CRM systems.
• Familiarity with large enterprise or relational database systems.
• Experience with member-based associations.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft Teams.
• Ability to manage multiple projects across various stages.
• Strong communication skills and ability to translate technical concepts.
• Demonstrated initiative and self-motivation.
