Solution Consultant - Remote

Overview

Everbridge is seeking a Solution Consultant to support large-scale clients in the US and Canada. This remote-based position involves collaborating with clients to ensure effective deployment and utilization of Everbridge's solutions.

• Provide project management support and technical consultancy.
• Deliver comprehensive training to clients on Everbridge solutions.
• Act as a customer advocate within Everbridge.
• Ensure positive customer experiences during deployment planning.

• 3+ years of experience in customer-facing roles.

Requirements

• 3+ years in customer support or consulting roles.
• Good project management skills.
• Working knowledge of Internet hosted applications and networking.
• Proven track record in solving complex customer issues.
• Consulting experience with emergency preparedness is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong critical thinking and analytic abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce.com.
• Bachelor's degree in Business or Computer Science is a plus.
