Solution Consultant - Remote

Overview

The Solutions Consultant will work with clients to help leverage their investment in our association technology. The ideal candidate will assist association clients in achieving their goals using methodologies aligned with our technology roadmap.

In Short

• Acquire a fundamental understanding of products and client agreements.
• Engage with clients to understand goals and design requirements.
• Communicate a clear vision on achieving project goals.
• Develop functional requirements documentation for client approval.
• Implement and support system configurations and testing.
• Deliver training to clients and participate in educational activities.
• Document and build out solutions for long-term client support.
• Stay current on emerging tools and technologies.
• Provide consulting services in alignment with project scope and budget.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and at least 2–3 years of work experience.
• Strong technical aptitude with Microsoft Dynamics 365 or similar CRM systems.
• Familiarity with large enterprise or relational database systems.
• Experience with member-based associations.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and Microsoft Teams.
• Experience with tools such as Copilot is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication skills to translate technical concepts.
• Demonstrated initiative and self-motivation.
