Overview

ClearView CRM is seeking a Technical Client Success Specialist to manage a portfolio of nonprofit clients, providing expert guidance, high-level technical support, and strategic account management.

In Short

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client communications.
  • Provide education, support, and communication to clients.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Deliver updates on support tickets and projects.
  • Ensure responsiveness to client needs.
  • Identify opportunities to optimize product use.
  • Collect and document requirements for services.
  • Assist in testing and validating custom work.
  • Maintain accurate client account details.
  • Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 technical support.

Requirements

  • Minimum two years of experience in client success or technical support.
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • High attention to detail and strong documentation practices.
  • Experience managing a portfolio of clients.
  • Exceptional time management and organizational skills.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently.
  • Eagerness to learn new tools and systems.
  • Confidence discussing project scopes with clients.
