Overview

As the Senior Product Manager for the Petcare vertical, you will lead product transformation efforts by identifying customer pain points, gathering feedback, and evolving current product experiences to better meet market demands.

Requirements

• 3–5+ years of product management experience, preferably in SaaS (enterprise or SMB).
• Demonstrated ability to lead product transformation initiatives.
• Strong collaboration skills with engineering, design, and go-to-market teams.
• Passion for improving customer experience.
• Comfort navigating ambiguity and making data-informed decisions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Experience with Agile processes and tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Figma.
• Solid understanding of product discovery and software development cycles.
