Senior Product Manager - Remote

Overview

Super Dispatch is looking for a Senior Product Manager to help build, innovate, and execute product initiatives for our Shipper TMS product. This role demands a lean product development mindset and collaborative work with a team of engineers and product designers in a dynamic, fast-paced, and data-oriented environment.

In Short

• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to research and prioritize customer problems.
• Own the problem space of your product and customer segment.
• Define and execute the vision and roadmap for your product.
• Document initiatives, sharing insights from customer interviews and analytics.
• Define and analyze metrics that inform the success of your product.
• Work closely with design, engineering, and analytics teams.
• Communicate progress, learnings, plans, and problems on a monthly basis.

Requirements

• 5+ years of Product Management experience on a post-MVP product.
• Experience in a metrics and experimentation-driven organization.
• Experience with remote and distributed teams.
• Ownership of business outcomes, roadmap, and strategy.
• Bonus: Degree in Computer Science or software engineering experience.
