Overview

As an Onboarding Specialist, you will be the primary contact for onboarding customers, guiding them through our onboarding process and ensuring a seamless transition to Support teams.

In Short

  • Serve as the primary onboarding contact for customers.
  • Manage multiple onboarding processes and ensure customer progression.
  • Lead the configuration of the platform and implement integrations.
  • Conduct training sessions for customers on platform features.
  • Proactively address challenges to ensure timely onboarding.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver customer solutions.
  • Drive change management in customer behaviors.
  • Act as an ambassador for the company and product.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in a customer-facing role.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Familiarity with software implementation processes.
  • Experience with Salesforce is desirable.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Adaptable and willing to learn new products and processes.
  • Tech-savvy with knowledge of APIs and integrations.
