Overview

Steer is seeking a dynamic Onboarding Specialist to join our thriving Customer Success team and drive the continued success of our software solutions in the automotive industry. This is a unique opportunity with tremendous growth potential, where you’ll play a key role in shaping the future of automotive software.

In Short

  • Help customers successfully onboard and begin using Steer through video calls, emails, and phone calls.
  • Track and monitor all assigned customer issues and requests through resolution.
  • Partner with departments such as technical support, development, and product.
  • Assist in building processes and assets for Customer Success.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate cancellations.
  • Build and cultivate consultative customer relationships.
  • Provide strategic insights and feedback to the Product team.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in onboarding.
  • Experienced using HubSpot, Salesforce or a similar CRM tool.
  • Strong ability to build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
  • Ability to effectively solve customer escalations.
  • Ability to learn new software applications quickly.
  • Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
