Onboarding Specialist - Remote

Overview

The Onboarding Specialist will be responsible for managing the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring they have a smooth transition into their roles at CiviTronix.

• Coordinate and manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new hires.
• Prepare onboarding schedules, materials, and welcome kits.
• Lead and facilitate company orientation sessions.
• Serve as the main point of contact for new hires.
• Ensure compliance with onboarding documentation and regulatory requirements.
• Work closely with HR and hiring managers for alignment.
• Collect feedback to improve the onboarding experience.
• Assist with training programs related to onboarding.
• Coordinate social events to promote company culture.
• Maintain accurate records of onboarding progress.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in an HR or onboarding role.
• Experience with HRIS or onboarding software preferred.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software platforms.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a friendly demeanor.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
