Overview

CiviTronix, an industry-leading engineering firm, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented HR Data Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and analyzing human resources data to support strategic decision-making and optimize HR operations. You will work closely with HR leadership and cross-functional teams to analyze trends, develop reports, and identify insights that will contribute to the success of our growing organization.

• Collect, clean, and organize HR data from various systems.
• Analyze HR data to identify trends in turnover, recruitment, and performance.
• Generate reports for HR leadership and senior management.
• Assist in workforce planning and talent acquisition strategies.
• Provide data analysis for compensation reviews and employee benefits.
• Assess employee engagement through surveys and performance data.
• Ensure compliance with HR regulations and reporting requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for workforce optimization.
• Stay updated with HR technologies and data analytics methodologies.
• Participate in special HR projects as needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or Data Analytics.
• 2-3 years of experience as an HR Data Analyst or similar role.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power BI.
• Familiarity with HRIS systems and talent management tools.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Understanding of the engineering or construction industry is preferred.
