HR Data Analyst - Remote

Overview

This position is responsible for leveraging data analytics to support and enhance the human resources function within Compeer Financial. The incumbent collects, analyzes, and interprets HR data to provide actionable insights that drive strategic decision-making and utilizes predictive analytics to forecast HR trends.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, human resources, information technology, or related field
• Minimum of 7 years of experience with HRIS platforms and data analysis
• Knowledge of federal and state laws specific to the financial industry
• Advanced experience in data analysis and reporting
• Proficiency in data visualization tools and advanced Excel skills
• Strong track record in HR data analytics
• Understanding of HR processes and compliance requirements
• Strong communication skills
• High level of integrity
