Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in personnel planning and labor cost analysis.
• Skills in data aggregation and analysis using data analysis tools and BI tools.
• Knowledge and experience in talent management and cost management.
• Strong communication skills and teamwork ability.
• Native-level Japanese proficiency.
