Overview

As a Senior Data Science Engineer at PayPay, you will drive value-added product improvements by engineering systems based on scientific understanding of user and merchant behavior.

Requirements

• Bachelors in a quantitative field such as Computer Science, Mathematics, or Statistics.
• More than five years of experience as a data scientist or related role.
• Proficiency in at least one programming language (Java, Scala, Python) and SQL.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Masters or PhD in a quantitative field is preferred.
• Experience with microservices and Big Data technologies is a plus.
• Knowledge in recommendation systems, NLP, and optimization.
• Experience with AWS services is advantageous.
