Overview

As a Senior Data Science Engineer at PrizePicks, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining analytics tools and workflows to support the business across all departments, focusing on streaming data and MLOps infrastructures for real-time market pricing.

In Short

• Create and maintain optimal sport data stream architecture.
• Partner with Data Science to operationalize DS/ML assets.
• Design and implement data, MLOps, and API stack for pricing models.
• Collaborate with Engineering, QA, and Product teams.
• Monitor and document processes to ensure feature uptime.
• Act as a thought leader and mentor for junior team members.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Backend/Machine Learning Engineering.
• 2+ years of experience as a technical lead.
• Experience with real-time predictive model outputs.
• Proficient in SQL, Python, and cloud platforms like GCP.
• Experience with MLOps tools and data pipeline frameworks.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Graduate degree in a quantitative field.
