Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Engineering, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment.
• Experience recruiting technical roles in engineering.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to assess candidates' technical skills and cultural fit.
