Senior Product Manager - Remote

Overview

We are looking for a driven and experienced Senior Product Manager to lead a core product vertical within CoverGo, shaping product strategy and ensuring effective product delivery in a fully remote environment.

• Lead the vision, roadmap, and execution for a product vertical.
• Manage and mentor Product Owners and Product Managers.

• Work closely with stakeholders to define and prioritize product features.

• Conduct market and user research to inform decisions.
• Collaborate with engineering and design for timely product delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in Product Management.
• Experience in insurtech or health insurance systems.
• Strong understanding of health insurance products and regulatory requirements.
• Exceptional communication skills for distributed teams.
• Proven expertise in Agile methodologies and tools like Jira.
• Analytical mindset for data-driven decisions.
• Knowledge of UX/UI principles.
• Familiarity with remote collaboration tools.
• Self-starter with strong ownership and accountability.
