Overview

The Business Development Representative will focus on generating qualified leads in the US market through various outreach methods, working closely with sales and marketing teams.

In Short

  • Identify and qualify leads in the insurance and insurtech segments.
  • Schedule meetings and product demos for the sales team.
  • Maintain accurate records in the CRM.

  • Meet outreach, qualification, and pipeline targets.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and competitor offerings.

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in Sales Development or Business Development.
  • Proven track record in outbound prospecting.
  • Experience working U.S. business hours in a remote setup.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM systems, preferably HubSpot.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and handle high outreach volume.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience in SaaS or insurtech is a plus.
  • Must be based in the US/Mexico/Canada.
